Refunds & Returns Policy
At Rawrwear every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our Print-on-Demand products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged, has a printing error, or is defective, we will happily offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at support@rawrwear.co within 14Â days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
2. Sizing Issues Our products are made to order, and we provide detailed size charts on every product page. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Please double-check the size guide before placing your order.
3. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse Because each item is printed only when an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or "buyer’s remorse."
4. Incorrect Address If an order is returned to our printing partner due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
